About
Thank you for visiting REWDesigns! I’m Becky Woodhouse. I love working with people who are in need of clean websites that are user-friendly and reasonably priced.
From existing businesses that need an online upgrade, to individuals who need to build an online platform, each project is treated with individual respect and attention.
Some things to keep in mind when seeking help with your online identity (business or otherwise):
- When planning your initial web presence, you will need to consider your goals. Are you trying to generate new business or provide a more convenient way to maintain relationships with existing customers? You may want to focus on one aspect for the short term and plan ahead for upgrades later. I see too many site owners who want it all from day one and it sets them back 6 months in their marketing plan. Set goals, a time-line, and focus on one step at a time.
- Keep brand recognition in mind. Remember that your website should relate to your overall marketing plan. Your twitter account, print media, web content and Facebook Page should represent a comprehensive effort to maintain a cohesive identity. Potential patrons will be able to spot inconsistencies from a mile away and that equates to mistrust in the eyes of the viewer. It also has to make sense – be authentic and purposeful.
- Do you have a message that needs to get out to your audience but they’re just not visiting your site often enough? Email marketing could be an effective tool to consider. Email marketing is a way to remind customers/fans/readers of the valuable services/goods/inspiration you provide to them – because as we all know, competition is everywhere. If you do not maintain their loyalty you will likely lose your following.
